The products on our website are for professional use only. For this reason we ask you to please register an account and send us a copy of your license or certificate before making a purchase.
Payment
You can pay for your online orders by Credit Card though Stripe.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped out from our warehouse within 2-3 working days.
Please note that we don’t ship on weekends and holidays and that the shipping times in the above table are an estimate. On occasion, situations beyond our control, such as a Canada Post Strike, or bad weather may cause extra delays.
Please ensure that the delivery address that you have entered is complete and correct. If you give us the wrong address, we can’t be responsible for returned or lost packages.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit or due to weather conditions. We can not be held responsible for stolen parcels. If you have any concerns about the safety of your parcel please ensure that someone will be available to receive it at the shipping address you have indicated.
Returns
Unused and unopened items may be returned for refund or store credit. Please contact us by e-mail and wait for our reply before sending back any items.
The following conditions for returns apply:
- All returns must be accompanied by the original printed invoice.
- The items must be in it their original condition and packaging.
- Returns must be made within 14 days from the order date.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- Full or partial returns of orders that included free shipping will be subject to a charge equivalent to the cost of shipping.
- For reasons of hygiene we do not accept returns of unsealed nail products (ex. gel polish)
